OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

bondo developed an allergy, sneezing, snorting, scrubing his nose and eyes on the floor all the time, vet gave him meds, so i went online and read up, and decided it was to dog food. So now once a month i make a months worth of dog food for him, since doing that allll symptoms have stopped and he takes no meds would rather make the food than have him on the meds.
