OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

OK people stick a fork in me, I am DONE! I have dealt with every ill - mannered, rude, HOLE in this town today, I think its time to get back to my own town, and sit in my house with a cup of coffee. The man I was just dealing with struck up a conversation about Veterans Day. NO he did NOT serve his country but his 2 sons are marines. SO I proudly said, my child is in boot camp right now, and HE SAYS, real men join the Marines!!!!!!

Hey, all kids today need to be just like my EX husband. We were married 18 years, i supported him thru 12 years of college, bachlors degree, masters degree, then he left me for someone he said "had a better earning potential" and now she keeps him up! and she only has to work 4 jobs to accomplish this! Now he had it all figured out, that man had a PLAN! LOL

If things dont get better there will be more and more "returning to the nest" I have a friend who's son and family just moved back in with them, due to no jobs. It is getting pretty tough here in NC.
