Welcome to the Division Discussion for Division 903
Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.
Get to know each other, your SRs are!
Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.
Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.
Hang in there!!!

Hello fellow moms. Have not heard from my daughter yet. Getting really anxious to hear how she is doing. Anyone else heard anything from there SR?
Hello, I have only received the send-home box and official PIR letter. I barely leave the house (my boss is letting me work from home) because I'm afraid I'll miss the call. I can wait to hear from my son. Other moms in our division are in the same boat "pun intended." I'm assuming that they are extra busy based on the additional duties, but all I want is five minutes.
I'll be sure to shout out if I get a call so others can be on alert.
thanks, I have been awaiting call and afraid will miss it. Working but have told boss my phone will be on and only answer if it is out of state. What area is your SR going? My daughter AO, so will be going to pencacola after graduation. What is different from this division? My daughter said she would like to be in this group but did not say anymore.
My son's A school is in San Antonio Texas. He is going to be a hospital corpsman. The acronym for his job is HM - so my name is really New Hampshire HM mom.... What is special about this division is that they are performers. One of the veteran moms explained sent me the following: V. The Page, 800 and 900 Divisions (http://www.navyformoms.com/group/bootcampmoms/page/900-divisions), within Boot Camp Moms (and loved ones) (http://www.navyformoms.com/group/bootcampmoms) will be of interest to you since you have a recruit in a performing division. I believe that Division 903 is Sticks/Flags.
What's really cool is that I copied this:
903: Sticks (Flags): PIR 11/26/2014 TG 03
(Division 903 will also perform during the 11/14/2014 PIR and the 11/21/2014 PIR.)
I plan to watch these PIRs in real time to catch a glimpse of my son hopefully....since they stream them live.
Hi fellow moms. I have not heard from my daughter yet. I carry my phone every where I go. Really cool about the performing division!! My daughter will be at GL for A school.
Hi Kay's mom - you're lucky. You'll get to see your SR longer than the rest of us. I'm just hoping that we have him for Thanksgiving day.
This first phone call can't come fast enough!
My daughter is an HT who will be at Great Lakes for A school also.
Still no phone call, I'm sure "no news is good news"...can't wait to hear her voice again though!
No call. I did receive a letter today from my SR!! She is doing really good! Her bunkmate is from Colorado. She said, they practiced the marching routine and flags every Saturday for 7 hours. I have been sending pictures, but she said, send more!
My daughter is from Colorado! Kristin is also performing at graduation and practicing with flags! Just wondering if she is the gal from Colorado that you mentioned.
