Welcome to Your Division!  I hope you will be able to attend the Meet and Greet.  Just to make it fun I hope you will take a little time and design a simple flag to represent your division at the Meet and Greet that will be used to designate your divisional table.  While we will all meet together as a PIR group it will help you find each other as a division as well!  Show your creativity!!   Each division will have some individual issues because each division will be unique.  I hope you find this helpful and have fun!!

It was so exciting to hear from him...I could hear all the others making their calls in the background too! He said that he was doing good and that they had double rations for lunch since they missed breakfast today...overall they are all very tired! They got fresh haircuts yesterday and now the rest will be history! HOOYAH!
Hi Div. 360., My son graduated in this Division on 11/5/10. He is now stationed in Japan on the USS George Washington. Yep, not far from where the earth quake hit. As a matter of fact I was talking to him on the phone when it hit. But since the ship has pulled out of port "in local waters" I rarely hear from him. He called last night, 1:30 am (Early morning) to tell me he loves me and he hates it there on the ship. Then we were cut off before I could say "I love and miss you too."  Needless to say I went to bed crying. :( But I do remember the graduation and I am so so glad I went. Did anyone from Div. 360 go to Japan? Let me know. Nice talking and vent with you all.
No, ours is in Seattle on the drydocked USS Nimitz and he cannot wait for it to get going!  He had temporary duty on the Stennis and loved it.  Maybe it's not the ship that you son doesn't like, it may be the restricted phone time.   The waiting for those phone calls are excruciating!  Hang in there and the next time say "I love you and miss you" first thing.  lol
