Welcome to Your Division!  I hope you will be able to attend the Meet and Greet.  Just to make it fun I hope you will take a little time and design a simple flag to represent your division at the Meet and Greet that will be used to designate your divisional table.  While we will all meet together as a PIR group it will help you find each other as a division as well!  Show your creativity!!   Each division will have some individual issues because each division will be unique.  I hope you find this discussion helpful and fun!!

my husband is ship 11 divison 361, will he graduate on this date also? Would greatly appreciate if anyone could answer
I don't know....are you sure it is 11, oh crumb..maybe I boo booed and assumed it was all ship 7...did you get a form letter that said his PIR was this date?? I'll check into it and get back to you!!
i havent recieved any mail yet. Not even his "box". what was your sailors ship date?
On the rtc website it says "TG 51 — 13 Divisions (355–364, 824, 825 & 951) Graduate Friday, Nov. 5, 2010". Im guessing that thats all ships in those divisions
Just pay attention to the division...I am taking the ship name of all these discusions....whoops!!
Lynne, I am totally new to all this. I am waiting to see if my son, who is on Ship 7, Div 361 has any parents who could respond to me to see if they have sons or daughters on the same ship and same div as my son. So, I am just wondering is there just one Div 361 that would be on Ship 7, or can Div 361 also be on different ship?. I guess I am just confused and wanted clarification. I have been sending letters to Ship 7 and that was the info I was sent, but now am wondering if something is incorrect and my son has not received my letters. Still waiting for my real call from him. It is just 3 wks tomorrow that he went to BC, but really thought I would have a call by now. Any info is appreciated. Thanks, Karen
I got my first call last Thursday, one day short of four weeks....it was wonderful...but man I was ready to faint with worry...so my advice is hang in thre...a little birdie told me calls usually come on Tues and Thurs between 2 and 4 PM initially - so be hypervigilant during these times. Carry your phone even to the potty with you as one or more of our grou have missed calls due to a bathroom break!!
I feel really lucky, I have gotten to enjoy 3 wonderful calls!! 2 were because the recruiter told my husband he didnt need some paperwork and he had to call me to tell me he needed it and to fax it to him.

Has anyone received any mail yet?
My husband told me that they have not received any mail (he is ship 11 division 361). He said someone had gotten in trouble in the divison and the RDC's were holding all their mail. Hopefully they will get it soon
I dont think they can withhold mail. The story I got was that they didn't have enough mail sorters and this is a big group. Mail finally was distributed last Tuesday (the 5th). My daughter got all 47 pieces of mail at once!!!
My boyfriend is ship 7 div 361 ... i think from reading the letter that the div will graduation on 11/5/10 no matter what so i guess the ship doesn't really matter ??
He had the wrong ship number before he's actually ship 11 :)
