Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 027 and 028

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Morning, mommas! Hoping your week is off to a great start!

Good morning everyone! My daughter is in this group Div 28

Hi...My son is in Div.28

My son is Div 28 as well.
Hello ladies! Div 28 also :) I was told to post in here about Baskets for the Meet and Greet. I don't know all the details yet, but I will be calling Sarge this week to get more info. What I do know is that Baskets of "goodies" are raffled off at the Meet and Greet to help with the cost of these awesome events. I plan on putting a basket together to donate with "West Texas" goodies. I'll let y'all know more after I talk with Sarge. Can't wait to meet everyone!!
My SR is Division 27. I plan on going to graduation 12/5/14 - if you have a SR that will not have a family member at graduation please let me know. I will contact my son to find your SR and we will take him with us when they get liberty. We have plenty of time to get the arrangements made.
My son is also div 28

Have any of you moms got any calls?I wish we would soon get a call!

I have not. I was hoping this past weekend I would get a call.

:( Maybe this weekend.Letters are good but like to talk better! LOL

Good morning ladies!  I know we're missing our SRs and wish we could hear from them. I just keep telling myself "no news is good news"!  So very proud of all our SRs especially today on their first Veteran's day as a Sailor.  We may not have received the "I'm a Sailor" call yet, but we will in a few short weeks.  For those of you who have other military members in your family, or you yourself have served, THANK YOU!

I'm looking forward to meeting y'all at the Meet and Greet.  Have a blessed day!
