Haha, Sharon. I bet that was really different for VA.

My family lives right outside of Baltimore and they were buried in about 7 feet last year.

You are right, the midwest is used to it a little more, than us east coast folks. lol

Betsy
Not sure why I called you Becky. . . I don't even know anyone named Becky.
No problem, would you believe my best friend growing up was named Becky? We confused our moms all the time. lol

Betsy
Hi Sharon!.
Hi Sharon,

Glad you are here with us.

Betsy
Dammit. I just missed a call. I think I'm going to cry now.
Oh Sharon - I'm so sorry! If it's for his clearance he may call back. I have my phone glued to my side and I panic when I go into anther room without it. Hang in there :) Susan
he DID call back. He needed proof of address, in the form of people vouching for him living in his house. So I called a couple of friends who said they'd be willing, and faxed the form in. And then he said, "love you, Mom," in front of his command, so, go me! I stuck the letter I've been writing to him (six pages!) in the mail today, along with a SASE and questionnaire I wrote up, with the help of a couple of borrowed questions from some of the other questionnaires I've seen on the site. Most of the questions were humorous, so I hope it gives him a smile.
YAY! I'm so glad that you got to talk to him, even if it is only for info.

Betsy
Betsy - I wish A would call you :( Is he getting a clearance, I can't remember. Susan
No, Susan he is going into Aviation Electronics. I'm assuming that's why I haven't heard from him, :(

Betsy.
Betsy - Oh I'm sorry! Well when you do get your call it will be really long and personal. No scrambling for peoples address' or phone #'s. You can just relax and enjoy :) Susan
