Photo/dvd reorder form # 847.578.6205
Thanks guys really appreciate it so much , hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas !!!!
Called about the DVD and was told that due to technical difficulties there isn't a DVD to order. ?? :(
No DVD for this 12/22/2010 Graduation, we need to get together and share pictures, or if anyone else recorded it. Due to technical difficulties, this really sucks!
Ditto on that Cricket!  The gentleman actually said that this doesn't really happen but for some reason it did this time around.  I did see some pics on Facebook, US Navy Recruit Training Command.  Didn't see my son but they are good pics either way.

I did not bring my video camera because my son ordered the video! If anyone has clips they can share please let me know. I can give you my email address. Thank you!

Here is a response after asking if it is true about not being able to order the DVD:

U.S. Navy Recruit Training Command wrote: "This is correct. For information regarding refunds, please contact the Navy Exchange photo lab at 847-578-6205."

I'm very upset, you call to this number and nothing no even an answer machine.  Then I try the one on the bill and just an answer machine.  I left my info but no call back yet.

Hey guys I called the  #847.578.6205 and they faxed me an order form that came with my daughters Pictures she ordered. I filled it out, and mailed it back to them. Was to the NEX photo lab and will take like 6-8 weeks for delivery. $29.00 per dvd.

So if you ordered pics you have the order form for the DVD already !!! just fill it out and mail it back ;)

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EVERYONE !!!!!!

Iriejennifer - are you referring to the DVD for the 12/22/10 PIR?  Do they have one now?
