The PIR groups will graduate as scheduled. However, individuals could be asmoed (setback) from the group for various reasons and then they would have delayed graduation. But like Lynne said, if a whole division is being threatened with delayed PIR, it is a "motivational" method to get them to work harder...and it works!
By the way, we tell you all of this info to ease your miinds...but try not to interfere with how the RDC's are working with your recruits by sharing some of this with them...i.e., mums the word! The RCD's methods work and the recruits get the job done....so we don't want to interfere!

navygirlfriend, I received 2 letters finally from my son and they were day: week 1; day 3 and day 4. He said it was rough, 3 guys were dismissed within the first week. They were extremely busy without much time to themselves getting immunizations, dental work done and a lot of PT and job assignments. He did not say anything about not being able to PIR on 12/22. However, he say that they were getting into the routine. Again, I only recieved letters from their first week of bootcamp.

LIS: Look at up above here in the Discussion Forum (hit "view all" and scroll through the pages). Lynne has posted a discussion on the questionaires that you can send to your recruit to complete and return (takes less time for them to write it all!).

Rose...calls are wishy washy...some get calls often...others not so much...so just keep repeating to yourself..."no news is good news" and rely on others in your division to give you information and keep writing to him/her. Try sending a questionaire. This requires less than five minutes of their time and is pretty much multiple choice, the recruits tend to like them. You will many posted above...if not send me a note and I will get some for you!!

I was hoping to receive a call today, but NO call! Hopefully tomorrow. My son is not much of a writer...so if I receive one it will be a miracle, so I hope and wait for those call! Very sad!!!

Lynne, Z wrote about a page which is a lot for him :) I have sent two questionaires this week so hopefully that will help him. :) I love this page. I have found out so many wonderful things from other moms!

Thanks Lynne. I hope that's the case..he sounded genuinely worried :( But I will try and cheer him up. Thanks for the info:)

Lisa...my son was not much of a writer...but he wrote a page to a page and a half every opportunity he had...plus in the discussion forums we put that information together with what other recruits had written and man all our recruits were surprised at what we knew...lol
