I just got the call from my son in Division 031. He said they had been up since 6:00 a.m. yesterday. He was so tired that he did not even seem relieved. Sure it will hit him after some rest.
Congratulations Ladies! You have almost made it to PIR!!!!!! I am still on my high from our PIR on Friday and having my Sailor home for a week :) I know everything will go wonderful for you all and I can't wait to read all of your PIR stories! Susan
I am packed and waiting for bed time so I can get up early... drop my pups off at the puppy-sitters house and then head to the airport. I have knots in my stomach.. I am trying to stay busy so this day hurries up and gets over with. I know you ladies who are waiting on calls have bigger knots than I do. Those calls will come and some of you will feel relieved and some of you will become more anxious. I was both. Safe traveling to all!
You have a safe trip also. I might just try and still get a Airplane ticket. Waiting on the call.....
Merry Christmas to you all.
