It took about one week before I received confirmation that the iternerary was received. Hopefully, with this being the last week, they will send out confirmations sooner.

proudmom.....at this time the passes are NOT available to print. They set them 11 days before. So I will think for next week.

Please note: Parking passes will not become available for download until 11 days prior to the scheduled date. I just took this from their page.

Megan, my pleasure, I emailed my son's itinerary Friday afternoon and still have not received acknowledgment of receipt. My husband faxed it this morning at 7am EST.

Terry, It is my understanding that if the recruit made their own arrangements, nothing needs to be faxed. I could be wrong, but if the recruit made the arrangements, we (the family) would not be privy to the itinerary, thus nothing is needed. My son wanted me to make his flight arrangements and his wife neglected to inform me. Had it not been for Navy For Moms, my son would not have the opportunity to come home, because I would not have known that families could make the arrangements. If in doubt, you can always call your Recruit's recruiter for general information. My son's Recruiter is awesome and stays in touch with me on a 2 week basis to make certain that I am receiving letters.

proudmom, I don't believe they sent our class the link yet. When our passes are ready on line, they will upload a link that says "get your gate pass". then you click on the link and can print it. I just checked and they have not updated for the class of Dec. 17 yet. No worries

I am getting worried. Neither one of my computer will not open the website for the gate passes.

I would like to know the same as Terry. My husband purchased his flight tickets home the other day. Not sure if I needed to send a copy of the itinerary, but did so just in case.

Good Morning, I hope you all are having a great day. I won't be on here much today. Busy making ribbons for your PIR group and getting them in the mail. With the extra holiday mailing I want to make sure you get them time. So please if you have not ordered or if you have ordered and have not sent your payment please contact me. You PIR is getting very close. And I know that makes you do the HaPpY Dance :-) I will check in throughout the day for messages and orders.
