Praying for you Mary and J and J's Dad; I light a blue candle every Sunday for my SR but today I add you, J and J's Dad to the reason for lighting it.

Found these neat key fobs while standing in the longest line ever at Hobby Lobby today. Forgot to snag some more for stocking stuffers since both of my grandpas were in the Navy. :)

J called today and talked to his step-mom. I am super glad that he got to call and knows whats going on. He was talking about changing the name on the hotel to his name instead of his fathers and even though he knows his father is not going he wants to keep those hotel reservations. She told me that he said he will write me what the plans are now for his graduation. The letter will come in Wednesday and so my mother is coming in from out of town to discuss this matter with me. She said that I only have 1 chance to see this and for J's son to see it too and it was important for us to be there.. so she said that we are either going to get plane tickets or she was going to call out of work for a day and we road trip it. From the sounds of it J is still wanting me to come and my mom says I need to go.. so Wednesday I will know what is going on on J's side and see what he has to say and make my choice from there if I go and how I go.

J's father has surgery at 730am. There are many risks on this surgery but the Dr. said we can't wait any longer. I will update you all as I know more. Thank you all for the support.. I need it in a time like this and you all have been very supportive of me and I am very thankful! THANK YOU!

My son's check is not showing up in his account yet. Is anyone else having the same problem?

Navymamax- Welcome, we had 13 div when my daughter had PIR and everyone got in with no problem. We took 8 ourselves. So I am sure you won't have a problem. Also, children 12 and under don't count towards the 4 on the list. They don't need to be on the list att. They do need birth certificates. I think you will be finee taking that many. They have a lot of sailors who don't have any family coming. Especially since they can fly home that day. Many parents can't afford to fly there and pay to fly their sailor home as well. So take them all and have fun :)

Now that I'm relax....like I said before I talk to my son for the best 30 minutes. I was so excited to hear his voice. He also talk to my husband and his 2 brothers. He still sick but feeling much better, thank you God. Also this week he think they doing the gas chamber, I know everything is going to be fine. He mention that the RDC is talking about how he is going to fell the all division. I laugh but don't said anything I remember dianne or Lynne mention how they do that to make them work harder. I just told him to do his best because I know that they look at them as division but also individual and not to worry! He sound different and positive. His best friend is now waiting in the hall to be send home in like 1 more week. He is making friend that are going to the A school with him. I sooooo happy for him, after all that's what he want.

Mary.....you and your family are in my prayers. Please keep us posted.

Mary, I would say no news is good news until they complete Battle Station. Hang in there, I'm with you!
