I would have to talk to you about it, just not here.

Hi Lori. I heard they asked for volunteers for anyone that has not classed up to go to overseas. Did they ask Katie.

Oh, BTW, I send Josh's things via UPS. I get an email when it is delivered and I tell him to go and pick it up. It only takes 3-5 days.

Is a Keel like a yearbook. I don't think Josh ordered one.

He finallly classed up in P'Cola last week. He got his school supplies stolen the same day he bought everything. I can't believe this sort of thing happens to them. They are working hard for their pay, and have to pay in other ways for other people's actions. His roommate keeps getting the barracks in trouble and even tried to blame Josh after his second day there.

Josh had to submit a drawing to the Chief. I can only be placed where it can't been seen under regular clothing. He had to have it signed off.

Our paper got Jordan's announcement and it ran last week--some papers may have them, but don't always run them until they have room. If you can call your local paper they may be able to tell you if they have them and when they will run them!

Jamie, Josh got a tatoo on Saturday or Sunday. I was none too happy. We called his recruiter to find out about the PIR announcement that is suppose to be in the local paper, and I guess he just got a text from one of Josh's other buddies that lives in town here (he is also in P'Cola) and he got his tatoo tonight. Yuck!!!

My Josh left today as well. I feel my heart breaking all over again. Thank goodness for cell phones, and I added an "all you can text plan" on my cell phone last night. I had sent and received about 20 from him so far today. He is currently waiting at P'cola for check in. He also flew with one of his MEP mates here in town, so he's not alone and hopefully was able to share a cab. I told him I missed him already.

I finally got some pics of graduation posted on my page---I also have a story--my son wanted Olive Garden after grad and as we were leaving a young man-probably a few years older than my son-held the door open for him and thanked him for his sacrifices--Jordan didn't really know what to say -kind of embarresed- but he said you're very welcome. We had a 10 hour car trip home and at every stop someone thanked him--he said it was very humbling---Congrats to everyone and to all of your Sailors--what an amazing group!! We also had a great surprise when we got to the graduation--one of the girls handing out the program was at MEPS with my son so we visited with her for a few hours there and saw them all of at the airport---we got to see her and she remembered us!!! It was awesomw to be able to see her and congratulate her!!! If her parents are on this site-she is an amazing young lady
