Brandensgirls..we are booking Thur, Fri and Sat....we aren't leaving till Sunday morning..we have a 9-10 hour trip. And you can go to airport with them....michael is still saying it maybe a long day at the airport...his counselor told him to tell the family they can be with him and to be prepared for a long day at the airport...that's why we are staying Sat night. It is confusing that we don't know and probably won't know for sure till PIR Day when the flights are. mine wrote me and told me to make sure I have his cell and IPOD since they can take it with them to A school...he's looking forward to that!

Melh....I saw the number at the bottom of the blue form...been trying to call all day, but guessing even though they are at BC training facility, the PA office must be closed today and the answering machine has been full since like 5pm last night...I'll try first thing in the morning...I don't have a fax number, not one on the sheet so I'm guessing when I call they'll give that to me....

My recruit put me as host...I guess I can cross it out and put his g-parents, but don't want to do anything wrong..so will wait till I talk to someone...

Brandens'girl...I do believe all nukes are Grad n Go..or at least all that I know are...I know my son Div 10 are, Div 9 as well, and I know some in Div 13 that are as well...so safe bet he is.

I'm sure my son is making some of your sons/duaghters laugh with his accent! we are from TN....the cold, he won't be as bad as some of the others that are further south...his grandparents are in Indy and he visited quite often. He never wore more than a sweatshirt here--even if it was like 20!
And...the SNOW...here in our county, they closed school at like 1pm because there was a CHANCE of snow with accumulation the next day...our county didn't get any...the kids loved it!!!

ooops, then there was the time that 1/2 in shut down the whole Triangle area. Some children wound up having to sleep at their schools. Everyone left work about the time schools were releasing early and turned the snow to ice on the roads. It took me about 2 hrs to get when it typically is 20 min. Some people had to sleep in their cars.
Comment by Lou2 on November 11, 2010 at 2:42pm
Ahhh yes, but there was the time we were snowed in for a week many years ago in Raleigh. Schools did not open for over 2 weeks. 22 inces of snow.

Marion - and how hard do yall laugh at us when - they announce we may get ice... wal-mart is sold out of flashlights, canned food, bottled water! We are very silly.
