Amy's mom I will try to answer for you...they do take 3 PFA's even if they pass they continue to take them to try and better their times...they are working with her all the time to try and pass her PFA...and if for some reason she has trouble they will set goals for her to reach...now in my PIR group I had a couple of people who passed just in the last 2 days prior to PIR...woosh it was nip and tuck but they did it...and I had two who were assigned to a FIT division to help them get over the hump and they are delayed in graduating....BUT don't panic they were a LONG way off the time...so focus on the positive...there is still much time ahead....keep your thoughts positive and keep writing to her everyday that you believe in her and that she can do it...It is not a mixture of points you have to meet minimum standards in each of the three areas based on your age....and I don't know what those are exactly...my son's division did bs on Wednesday night, but trust me I haven't heard of anyone failing bs....so relax....lets not put the cart before the horse...think positive....you can do it and so can she!!!

Dodie...thanks! I didn't know you could fax it..I will call them tomorrow and see if anyone is working at Public Affairs otherwise do it first thing Friday morning. Since my name is filled out I guess it will be ok to white it out and just put their names down....thanks for the information! I'm going to see if I can wing it...but I work retail and I work bright and early (330) on black friday....

Sherri, Complete the blue form w/his grandparent as host. All persons in the vehicle picking him up must be listed on the form for security reasons. The form must be emailed or faxed to the RTC office before end of business day on 11/15/10. Let your son know that he is being adopted by his grandfathers. RTC states that you can't surprise your recruit, they need to know. Hope this helps.

It's not his wisdom teeth. He had a broken molar.

Hey all...received 2 letters...both upbeat..one was what to bring to graduation...he wants his cell phone and IPOD>..he is G&G and can have it at airport Sat....the other chalked full of info....1 important thing he wanted to know was how much was his paycheck...LOL...(he kept his account here and I'm on the account with him, so I can check it for him)..
Question...I received Adopt a sailor forms today....it has my name on it, but I can't go so gparents are going ...is this going to be ok and do I send this blue form back? It says you must have it to pick up your sailor....what'd you all do???

Hi Ashley I'm sure it's hard not to react, even if it's not anything negative. A grin is better than a hit.
I'm so sorry Stacy. Having wisdom teeth removed is so painful.
Thanks diannep for your support.

I got a 3 page from Curtis today! he informed me he got in trouble on Saturday because a RDC was in his face pointing his finger and the RDC touched his eyelashes and curtis got a grin on his face so he made him do intensive training for a while.. he said that Thursday or Friday of this week they are doing the gas chamber... he said they marched for 5 hours on Saturday because they had inspections Tuesday..he sounded upbeat and exactly like Curtis! he told me that the best memories of us haven't happened yet because they day hasn't came yet when i say i do to him and the doctor hasn't said Its a boy or a Girl gosh he was super sweet in this letter !! i can't wait till December 3rd!!!

Yes, Nate'sMom, they better NOT touch those naturally perfect teeth, for sure! And....
PIR will be here before you know it! :-)

Good there is hope of getting a letter this week! Love the "swim fishie swim!"
Nate said that they told him that his wisdom teeth were fine. I hope that this is still true. This is a kid that has perfectly straight white teeth without the benefit of braces. He disgust me ;-`). Getting more anxious. Need PIR to hurry and get here!!!!
