Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Just popping in to say CONGRATULATIONS to 12/3/10 PIR Sailors and their N4Ms fans! Hoooorah! Seeing the RTC FB pictures brought on RAOC - I'm from 12/17/10 PIR and your accomplishment today places our group next in line! The pictures on RTC FB are some of the best posted yet!

congrats to all of the sailors tomorrow!!! i didnt make it there but my sailor says he got something for me so that i wont forget his PiR and i will see him in 2 weeks! good luck everyone in finding your sailor tomorrow!!! to everyone in div 016... please give Sailor Branden Reachard for me... tell him i am so proud him!

I wonder how many of you all have goose bumps, laying in your bed...watching minute by minute tick off on your clocks, perhaps you will check this site when you get up just to see who checked in! Today is you and your sailor's day! Commit it to memory! It is one of the most special moments of your life...right up there with high school graduation, marriage, child birth etc. Have a wonderful day...keep your kleenex handy...stand in pride and remember today you graduate as well and as your sailors Pass in Review....you Stand Proud with Pride....you have earned your stripes as well Strong and Proud....Bravo Zulu...Bravo Zulu!!!

We are here! Very nice (and inexpensive) Hilton Garden Inn in Lake Forest; we are exhausted after a long day flying from CA. Sorry we won't see you at Ramada Inn tonight; hope to meet some of you tomorrow - we will be sitting in div. 10 section, I am wearing black sweater/pants over a red shirt, and my husband is the handsome dude in the long coat & using a cane. :)

Anyone know how far it is from the gate to the drill hall? We are deciding whether to park off base & walk in, but my hubby has issues & can't walk a long distance...

See you tomorrow! Sleep well...ya right! :)
