MEsailormom how frustrating... Is it possible it's your player not the cd? It may be easier to get another dvd player than another PIR video...I wonder if anybody else has had any problems... I hope you get to see it soon. I know I am anxiously waiting it's arrival. How is your Dylan doing? Mine is loving a-school and doesn't even complain about the weather. lol

Annemarie, today is my sailor's birthday too.  I think this might be the first birthday he hasn't been home.  Even while he was away at college, he usually hadn't gone back by the 10th, so we could have his birthday before he left.  It's been hard.  I left him a birthday message on facebook, and also a voicemail one this morning, but it's not the same.

Annemarie, What rate is your nuke? My son is an EM & classes up today. I spoke with him on the phone Saturday. He loves it in Charleston & was very excited to start A School today. I know he's going to be very busy with class & mandatory study hours so I told him I will be home every Sunday. He said cell phone coverage is fair & the best way for me to send him a message was through Facebook.

Our NUKE son was home for 2 weeks during Christmas break.  He flew back to Goose Creek on New Year's Day.  He doesn't have a permanent address yet, his internet service is iffy at best and he only has cell phone reception outdoors.  It's his birthday and we are missing him big time.  What makes it worse -- he's bored and uncertain when he will class-up.  I wish things would get going for him.

No DVD yet.  I ordered one copy and my son ordered another.
