The Christmas Holiday has slowed the mail down. They should have been able to write on Sunday so we should start getting latters soon! This is going to be a good week!

When my husband called me to tell me he had arrived safely he also told me they would not get a phone call on Christmas but that they should be able to call in 3 or 4 weeks. So keep your phone close, I always do!

My boyfriend is in the same ship and div. He said in the PIR letter that he'd try to call, though no guarantees. I never got a call, and not on sunday either. I know if he could he would call. I know someone from a different division with the same PIR date, she got a call, and they have already started writing a few letters so we should get them some time this week hopefully. A lot of people said they go their first letter at the end of week 3. And a lot go their second phone call, other than when they first arrived, is after the 4th week. I do have my phone on me at all time. I do write him every day cause when they get letters it really helps them push on.
KimberelyF and AriannaC- Bobster's mom started a new group "ship 09 div 077"   and no no phone call. Just the form letter so far...

How can I join this group?  This way we can keep track of our loved ones.

Thank you!

go to "groups" and "sort by latest". You should be able to access and join it.
My Husband has a PIR date of 2/18.  He is Ship 03 Div 084.  I have not received any Phone calls besides the one I got when he first arrived, and no letters besides the note at the bottom of the graduation packet.  I am patiently waiting for a letter or something, anything...
I got the form letter only. No call when he got there. There was an issue w/the phone card. Hoping to get one sooner or later!
