DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

He will have close to 2 yrs of school he is in the Nuke program- I'm not sure of how long each part is - I think A school will be over about August or Sept. Graduation is over Memorial weekend and he was going to see about coming home for the long weekend.... I think it is doubtful he will be able to do that. I know he really wanted to be here for Prom also but knew that wasn't going to happen... they had a nice prom last year together though.

I hope he sends it back - darn kid.... he hasn't answered hardly any of my questions....lol I love him anyways. My husband said he can wait until he sees him to get his questions answered... I'm impatient!

I got 2 letters yesterday - both extremely short! but he did say they can write everyday now , not just Sundays, but that was about all he said! I wrote him back saying that I want more info out of him -that I've seen some N4M's get 9-20 page letters! ( of course they are from daughters....) but I wrote out a form letter with all of my questions (circle yes or no or mulitple choice for most of the questions) and told him to send it back to me :)

I'm wondering if the fact that the postoffice/store was robbed is delaying mail... hopefully tomorrow there will be a letter. I thought about going home at lunch to check mail.... but since it is a 40 mile round trip drive I decided to wait....lol
