YES!! Tomorrow is the day for both of you! Seems odd that Beth lives so close and it is taking so long to get your box. Hey Beth, maybe they want you to go pick it up instead??? LOL

My son called his wife today so I'm so glad that one of us heard from him. My daughter in law said he sounded good so thats comforting to know.  Now just waiting to hear on the box and letter.

So happy that so many of you got your boxes and letters already. Makes it all the more hopeful for the rest of us that havent.

Stay strong!

I'm so sorry Beth! I called the recruiter this AM and he said he checked for the info on Friday but it wasn't up yet. He said he would call me back in a few minutes. Well, a few minutes turned into an hour! He apologized and gave me his address. Talk about a big smile after he gave me the info!

I say we ALL call Beth's recruiter tomorrow. lol

I hope everyone has had a good day. I know it is hard not knowing for sure what your son or daughter is doing right now.. are they eating, homesick, having a hard time adjusting or wondering what the heck they have gotten themselves into. Just know that these first couple of weeks are filled with paper work, and classes about rules, and learning the proper way to shine your boots and make a bed. The time passes quickly for the recruits. They are kept so busy they barely have time to think lol. You will be amazed at the changes your recruit has made in just a few weeks. I think sometimes it is harder on the loved ones at home because they just want to know what is happening and how their recruit is doing. Hang in there and write lots of letters. Everyday if you can. Visit other groups pages that are further along than yours. You don't have to join the groups to read what is happening. You will learn a lot about what to expect. Right now it feels like time is dragging but before you know it you will be packing you suitcase and printing your parking pass. Make sue you keep your form letter in a safe place. You will need it later to print your parking pass. If anyone has questions or would just like someone to talk to who has been through this please send me a friend request. I am happy to help.

I know that the 900 is the performing division but what is the 800
Comment by Lala Ribbon Queen PIR Ribbons on January 24, 2011 at 8:33pm
Your division numbers will all be close and in numerical order with the exception of any 800 and 900 divisions. Your divisions will be Div 103-?(we don't know yet) Plus Div 918 and there may or may not be an 800 div for this PIR date.
