I didn't get a call either on Friday..he had a short call to his gf & had to go:(She said he'd planned 1/2 hour with her 1/2 with us but that didn't work out...He may have had watch duty & couldn't call..if something were wrong they'd have gotten a call by now .I know how she feels I was worried sick until I got hold of his gf..but as everyone here always says "No news is good news"...

Angie I think we all need this shirt.

Did anyone ever hear if all of div 105 passed? I know one of our div 105 moms hasn't heard anything yet, no call or facebook.  What's going on with that?  I feel awful about that.  Please...

I know how all of you 107/108's feel this morning.  I got my call around 4pm yesterday.

We got the official call - our son Kurt is a Sailor (106)!! Thinking of DIV.'s 107 & 108 today - best of luck!

Yes, my son too said, "If you are on time, you are late."  So he wanted to be back on base 45 minutes before curfew.  Keep that in mind when making your plans!

Yes, they can still "punish" the sailors if they get out of line while still on RTC!  He made that quite clear to me...even said they can keep you there longer.  It was enough to get his full attention!  :-)

Couldn't get to sleep...kept jabbering away to my husband(who is quite ill and unable to make this trip, which leaves us both broken hearted)... and he finally said, "Honey, why don't we get up if you want to talk?"  So we had peanut butter toast at midnight...finally fell asleep and then woike up at 4 am..I think a nap is in order!!

Anxiously awaiting my phone call along with all you Moms!

Oh my goodness  Look up at that countdown clock   it says 2 days    I remember when I was trying to figure out how to put that clock up there!   and now I have 7 hours to work and hit the road!    When I answered my call yesterday  he just said "Hi Mom"   and I said "No, D..say the words  I want to here you say the words"    He said  what words?  Duh, Hi Mom Im a Sailor  :)    guess he didnt get the NavyForMoms memo that he needed to say the words

I asked him what was something he missed the most and it was being able to talk whenever he wanted.  Im sure he will be chatting away on Friday!!
