Desperately trying to find out if anyone's loved one with PIR of 3/26 and headed to A School in Pensacola has notified you that they are Grad N' Go.  My newphew suspects he might be, which of course is slightly disappointing, as we had hoped to spend the weekend with him.  Thanks so much!

Jerri - my hubby is pir 3/26 w/ a school in p-cola. He is Div 134 and told me he will be there all weekend ;) Hope this helps!

What div is your nephew?
Hi hacmps - my nephew is Ship 6, Div 919. I sure hope he'll be there all weekend too. Enjoy yours! :)
Thanks! I think they ALL deserve the weekend with their loved ones! So sad for those who do not get that!
Yes, you're absolutely right. My twin sister and his brother and sister will be in Great Lakes irregardless of the time they get with him after PIR, but several of the other family members (including mine) may not make the trip for just a few hours. But....I am encouraged from the replies I've received.
My son is also ship 6 div 919 but is another rate, he aid he believes he is grad n go , I have already made travel plans to see my son. have you heard anything about the battle stations for the division
Proud Dad - I think we found that 900 divs always go on Mondays....have not seen any reports where the recruits themselves from this div have said so though....
Another rate? No I have not heard anything about the battle stations, but am assuming from what I've read on some of the sites (can't remember where exactly), that it may be later this week. Prayers have already started going up! (smile)

Rate involves the training in specific area, depending on what your sailor sighed up for. They can go to different schools in different parts of the country. The reason for grad n go is for the scheduling of the class the are supposed to attend.
My son sighed up for nuclear power, in case any of you want to see some of the battle stations, search" Navy Damage Control videos Great Lakes"
my boy friend is also pir 3-26 but div 138 and going to p-cola for a school and he will be there the weekend too
Oh, great. I am more and more encouraged that this will be the case w/my nephew. My twin sister is thrilled! Thank you.
Thanks Twin Sister for helping to make this easier!!!
