Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

So far no meet & greet is listed in Events.  Do we do that ourselves?  Does someone need to call the Ramada to set it up?  Does anyone want this?

Jennifer The Ramada will have the M&G regardless but someone in your group needs to "organize" it. This is just so your group will know how many will be attending. Everyone can RSVP
So by 'organize it' does that mean someone just has to post it to the Events page? Is that all? Isn't there also another m&g at another restaurant? Maybe we could post the address for that one as well?
Yes, you go to the events tab and click on add event then you type in your event. I think Flannigans has a M&G too and I've heard the Navy Lodge does too. But, there are a lot that go to the Ramada.
Jennifer, Our flight doesn't arrive until around 6 p.m. and that's at Midway, so we won't be in Great Lakes until probably 8:00 p.m. and won't likely be able to get to the Meet and Greet. I was sorry when I realized that our flight would get in too late to attend this, but arrangements had already been finalized.
So sorry we'll miss you. By the time my mom and I get to the hotel it will probably be time for M&G what with traveling from the airport. We don't get into O'Hare until 4ish.
