Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

We've already communicated but wanted to add myself to this blog to see who the other moms are.

i have seen several from another group... also im starting to get excited,,,,,and thank you again for the information...

never thought that April 15 would be a popular i cant wait for it day .....lol

got the letter....yes.....wanted to let div 922 moms know...in my daus lettter...she stated they have amazing RDC's and a good div. yay for that! . and so it begins ...  PIR here we come!!!!

Hello everyone! I am not a mom but a wife and my husband is in this division! If you know anything about it please tell me! I haven't gotten a hand written letter yet, just the packet letting me know about PIR. I am excited for it! I know you are ready to see your children too! :)

ok...all Div 922 Moms,wives,girfriends...etc... when you guys start receiving you letter or calls ...let us all know lol....that means the rest will be getting theirs shortly....lol   just very anxious to receive any kind of communication from my dau.

Has any one else received la etter or phone call this week?  Is it just me or does it seem like div 922 is the last to be able to make calls and takes the longest to send letters home?  I haven't received a letter since 3/8.  I did get a phone call on 3/11 so I guess I shouldn't complain too much.

Hi Anthony'sproud mom ...No i havent either,,,,and yes us Div 922 moms hardly get any letters and calls....im same with you....letter and call last week ..thats it... I also hardly see anyone on here...from our Div..

but your right no complaining...lol just trying to wait patiently.....(trying) 

 

Im anxious to know how are kids are doing with their jobs.....your son starboard watch my dau portwatch

Hello My daughter is in this group.. I only got one phone call over a week ago or more.. I have received a couple of letters .. It takes 5 or more days to come.. Did any one hear from them this past week??

 

 

Hello Eydie, I received letters from my Dau this past Thurs... the last call was on 3/10 i havent heard from her yet since....I havent seen the other Div 922 Moms mention about calls this past week only letters...so glad your here this is a great place to talk about the happenings about our kids Div =)
