Sorry I missed the meet & greet but picked up my brother @ airport & then off to eat dinner.

Wanted to share a story, my husband & I were in downtown Chicago this afternoon on a double decker tour bus & there was a NavyMOM on the bus (Michele) same division as my son, lol.

Please get out of the pool, kids! Just because you napped on the 9 hour drive doesn't mean I'm not tired! Lol, wishing the Ramada pool closed early...

What are driving conditions between Waukegan and Chicago? Is the traffic really bad down by the Navy Pier, The Field Museum, etc? I have a rental car but if the traffic is too heavy we may have to look into public transportation. I am from a VERY small town and haven't even been on a city bus..any suggestions?

Carol5290-we are going into Chicago & take him on a tour (double decke) bus tour throughout downtown Chicago. My husband & I did it today & it takes you to all the great spots, Magnificent Mile, Navy Pier, Millinieum Park & lots of eateries. It was a 2 hour bus ride, it was neat & if you don't have a rental car the train will take you there.

Have fun with your Sailor.
