Andrea, I am sure it was. I don't know if I would have been able to do so. His girlfriend stayed with him until he took off somewhere around 7 and she was able to stay in the USO until Brian and Niki arrived back at the airport to meet up with her again. Brian and Niki were there when his bus pulled up to the airport around 3ish and were able to say another goodbye. He gave Logan and Taylor some alone time before he left for SC.

We have had a lot of communication with Logan. His girlfriend me him at the airport in the wee hours of the morning before he flew off to Nuke School in SC. She was able to him his cell phone and his computer so we have been talking, texting and emailing. It is such a great relief and comfort to have more opportunities for communicating with each other. She has joined our amazing group here on N4M and goes by Logan’s Girl. I hope you all welcome her with open arms as you have for me.

We raise our kids with wings to fly........it is painful to see them leave......but so wonderful to see them soar.
