OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Hey Proud, what is MAA? I'm not that familiar with the Navy career field rates. Looks like she will be in school for awhile. Rachael really enjoyed getting to know her, I'm so glad that her eyes are better. My heart ached for her at PIR!

Yep Texas....Fayth is in San Antonio...Lackland Airforce Base for her "A" school .. Graduates July 9 from MAA program, then home for a couple weeks. She will be heading off to either Georgia or Washington for "C" school after that... Which ever she is sent too, she will be there for a few years.. I believe...but then again...Military has it's own ideas for sure...
