Crossed my mind too, gosh.  I'm with Cat M, def not a hot tub!  Nobody leave the meet and greet early, its gonna be tight for us, our flight gets in around 5 in Milwaukee.  I'd be so disappointed if the party had already wrapped up.

I'll have to go look on RTC, I hadn't read that anywhere, but I did wonder about whether they could receive gifts or not. I'll just get a card and we can all sign it at the Meet and Greet then! :)

12/166:  We think that they will be going tomorrow night.  Tonight we THINK it is 161-164...thinking tomorrow night is 165, 166, 809, 925. Of course, nothing is written in stone!

Resa-

Thank you for your ideas.  I have filled my one extra pair of shoes with items, and that saved some room.  I think I am going to survive this somehow.  I will not have designer suits in my suit case, but comfortable clothes.

Resa,

Great ideas! We are not flying this trip, but I usually pack our dirty clothes on the top of one of the bags in case they decide to search one of our bags! I'm pretty sure they don't dig very deep in searching those bags!! Oh, and make sure your bags weigh 45lbs. or less. Some airlines add 5 pounds before you even put your bags on the scale. :( We Found this out a couple of years ago, and it was NOT fun scrambling to adjust items into different bags so we didn't get charged the extra $$$.

@ velvetlace packing = I roll everything tightly place a rubber band to hold if need be, then place in suitcase like you were making enchiladas. If you are taking extra shoes, fill them up with whatever will fit in them. No wasted space.  (You are not the only one that is doing a practice run.) You can also get the boxes from the post office that "if it fits it ships" size. You can pay and print out the postage before you go; leave the box flat place in bottom of suitcase and mail back your dirty clothes. We  have done this in the past, when we went on a trip that I knew we had limited space. It worked out well. (put dirty clothes into a large ziplock inside the box) Just another idea. Good luck!

I read that to they said they are just thankful when they are acknowledged so a card would be nice they can accept that.
