Congrats Kim...isn't it funny how they seem to want to take care of us now? By telling you to wear warm clothes.

Received my phone call this afternoon...yep I have a Sailor!!! So proud of my son & still absolutely cannot wait to see him on Friday! I feel a big sense of relief as I was finally able to talk to him & had a great conversation! He sounded great, but was definately tired! Also really sure he was going to be able to sleep tonight! He actually thought battlestations was fun & got emotional at the capping. He told me to make sure I bring some warm cloths with me, because it's really cold in the mornings & evenings. OMG can't wait to see him!!!! Good luck to all during CC tomorrow & have a fun day!!! I'll still be burning blue through next week....hugs to all my N4M sisters :)

cyndaroo-when my sr called yesterday he was sick as a dog. He almost fell asleep DURING battlestations because he felt so sick. Thank goodness his division brothers made sure he didn't.

It is pretty late (8pm at RTC) for the call, but maybe he had watch today? Hopefully you will hear from him tomorrow.

Hmm, I don't understand.  It's almost 6pm Pacific standard time, and I haven't received a call yet.  Has everyone received a call?  I really didn't see many posts today.  I saw that 159 and 160 did well overall, but not hardly anyone posted.  What do you think is going on?  But we haven't heard anything from anyone in 162 or 161.  Maybe they didn't go together with the other group?
