diannep, thanks :-) I'm pretty sure my son has met several other nukes (I'm guessing they'll travel together), and will be in good company at the airport. My biggest concern was being able to give him his cell phone because I know he really wants it, but I think I have it all worked out thanks to a new N4M friend ;-)

Robin:  Maybe you will meet some of the ladies at MeetNGreet who will have sailors at the airpot with your son, and are planning to go there..hopefully they can watch out for him.  I wasn't at the airport for my son either...but another mom was so that was nice.  My son was there for MANY hours (flight delayed, several times) but he didn't seem to mind.  Enjoyed being "stranded" with the other sailors and their families.  Funny thing that he said:

"Mom, the ladies are trying to get the airlines to get us on a flight NOW....they are saying that we are sailors and need to get where we are going!"  I asked him if there were any dads there, and he said yes. I asked what they were doing and he said, "Well, not much, Mom.  It's really the MOMS who are working so hard to get us on the plane."

GO MOMS!!!  HOOYAH!    :-)

Got another picture of my husband today, this time it was like OF him.  RTC photographer must have seen my post asking for someone to take a picture of the guy carrying the Rhode Island flag LOL.

I just saw and talked to 3 sailors that were standing outdone a QT here in Hurst, TX. They were wearing their white uniforms. I hope this is a good sign. Getting ready to go out of town for the weekend (work related). I pray I have a cell signal when B calls.

Aveoamare I called the place like last week and ordered one for myself because my SR had only ordered one for himself. They are shipped from Texas so I really don't know if you will be able to buy them there because on the phone she said "tomorrow is the last day to place an order." And that was a week ago so I don't know! I could be very wrong! But hopefully you SR ordered you one.
