Good morning everyone!

Yes, cack, I survived the night ha!ha! I was up way too late last night & way too early this morning, but while I slept, I slept sound. If we had storms here (which they were calling for), I never heard them. I do pray, though, that everyone is okay after the storms last night.

I am so on pins & needles this morning, although today is bound to be a great day! On top of waiting for that special call today, tonight is the Honors Banquet at school, and both of my other children will be recognized for making the honor roll for all of the first 3  grading periods of school :-) (sorry, had to brag on them, too!) I'm praying really hard that I get the call BEFORE the banquet because cell service is very sketchy at the school. I am ready for the call- cell phone in pocket, fully charged, volume as LOUD as it will go & will vibrate with the ring! LOL!

Good Luck to all of us! Praying that the calls come in SOON!

I am sorry I haven't been on here very much in the last couple of days. I am in VA Beach visiting my Sailor :-) Going back home on Saturday. It is supposed to rain all day today and have severe storms and yesterday it was really cloudy and cool so not a lot of "beach time" but we are still enjoying our visit very much. Happy Thursday everyone, that was always my day to get letters :-) Prayers to all those in the path of these storms already and for those in the path of them today.

The remainder of the late orders on the ribbons were finished yesterday morning and shipped yesterday afternoon. Please let me know when they arrive. You should all have them by Monday if not sooner. Have a great time at PIR and thanks everyone for all the kind words about my ribbons. I will keep your soon to be sailors in my thoughts and prayers for battle stations. WOOYAH

HI, Cack---   I wish I were home today instead of working.   My dad was in the Navy and so was my mom.  I am just hoping and praying that all of the 157th and 158th SRs did well in Battlestations, and that they will be receiving their ca[s in about an hour and a half.   My husband will be home all day waiting for that call!!!!   You and I are in the same boat, so to speak, just waiting!!!!

It is about 4:27 A,M, California time, and I am wide awake thinking about Divisions 157 and 158.  I am hoping and praying that everyone is doing well and that everyone will be a sailor in a little over a half an hour.  It is going to be hard concentrating on work today.  I am keeping good thoughts for all SRs and families.  Tonight, we will switch our thoughts and prayers to Division 159 and 160.   Love all you Navy sisters who have been going through this ordeal together and united!!!
