For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security
Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

**UPDATE 4/26/2022** Effective with the May 6, 2022 PIR 4 guests will be allowed. Still must be fully vaccinated to attend.
**UPDATE as of 11/10/2022 PIR vaccination is no longer required.
**UPDATE 7/29/2021** You now must be fully vaccinated in order to attend PIR:
In light of observed changes and impact of the Coronavirus Delta Variant and out of an abundance of caution for our recruits, Sailors, staff, and guests, Recruit Training Command is restricting Pass-in-Review (recruit graduation) to ONLY fully immunized guests (14-days post final COVID vaccination dose).

Gosh I know it sucks... so will y'all be living on or off base! We have decided to live on base and if we don't like it we can always move off! That really cool I glade your husband is nuke too!!

He is just my boyfriend for now! Haha and I won't be moving with him. I'm hopefully going to be teaching English abroad for about a year so we have a long time until we'll be living together. It sucks but at least I'm getting used to the separation now! We both just graduated college a year ago so we're kind of in a phase where we're figuring out what we're doing with our lives. He's not sure if the Navy will be a career or not...but I'm encouraging it! Hopefully they like the NUKE program. I hear it's tough though...

Aww im sorry :( i dont know if my husband will make a career out of it or not... im so proud of him and everything he is doing so im going to support anything he wants to do as long as he is happy! But teaching is something i wanna do lol i hope to start college soon... i wanna teach kindergarden :)

My Boyfriend is going to be a Nuke. So proud of him. It really sucks that they are leaving on Saturday. His mom and I were really looking forward to getting the weekend with him :(

I got a call from my daughter this Saturday. She said that she got her nuke schedule (PIR 6/10) and she will be at the airport at 2 am on Saturday.
She was worried that after we take her back to base on Friday after grad that we wouldnt want to come to the airport at 2am.. I definitely will be spending as much time with her as I can. She wants me to bring her cellphone and she is going to get one of the backpacks and I am going to bring personal items for her to take on the plane with her..
