Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Thought I would start a discussion for our SR'S. I have recieved my first letter anyone else recieved info about this division.

My SR told me that this division happens to be a lot smaller than all the others...for just some random reason. He said because of that the RDC's have a lot more time to yell at them! He was able to put two letters in the envelope he sent. His second was much more upbeat than the first:)
Thanks meg...havent seen much talk on this division so that explains why. I hope his second letter is more upbeat then the first one. Maybe phone calls next week.

I have received a few letters, but not much information about this division.

 

My SR mentioned in his letter that I just recieved today that inspections are coming up and if all goes well they will get another phone call! My fingers are crossed because I would love to hear his voice again. I can only call his cell and listen to his message machine pick up so many times lol...
hey guys   in my letter yesterday my daughter said that they all got 5.0 on there last 3 inspections and earned that phone call and to stand bye phone cause it should be coming soon . i havent gotten it yet   so maybe tomorrow for our group.   seems like so many other div get more regular calls
Ladies I hope the calls start..today I turned 39 and my son will be 20 monday...needless to say rough day! Thanks for the good news.

sorry ladies i still haven't gotten that call..any of you?   doesn't seem right if they earned it ...and they tell them they earned it why not let them have it. i know she needs it right now .still pretty home sick
