Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

**UPDATE 4/26/2022** Effective with the May 6, 2022 PIR 4 guests will be allowed.  Still must be fully vaccinated to attend.

**UPDATE as of 11/10/2022 PIR vaccination is no longer required.

**UPDATE 7/29/2021** You now must be fully vaccinated in order to attend PIR:

In light of observed changes and impact of the Coronavirus Delta Variant and out of an abundance of caution for our recruits, Sailors, staff, and guests, Recruit Training Command is restricting Pass-in-Review (recruit graduation) to ONLY fully immunized guests (14-days post final COVID vaccination dose).

Anyone else in this group whose son/daughter/husband/wife in this Division?  I'm a nervous Navy Mom..anyone else experiencing the same thing?  I feel so "unprepared" for the PIR...but we are attending...I heard there is a Meet n Greet..do we know where yet?

Ship 11 Div 216 - I read that some have heard from there Sailor by phone and/or mail last week. I haven't heard from mine sense they aced the march. No news is good news, right??? And yes San, thank you. My younger son is doing well, it was a scare. Stress level is pretty high so I am sure praying that graduation goes as scheduled.
Ladies.....TWO DAYS...and counting and we will all be together toasting a DRINK to our children/spouses/signficant others....just want to tell you that NAVY isn't the most popular color for the season..the closest I came to was a COBALT blue...so looks for me!!! (I had to buy something new!!)....CAN"T wait to parttaaayyy!! Yippee!!!
I just went to a store in the Bay Area and found the majority to be in Navy Blue! That's odd! Yes, I have now been in the Bay Area for two days, Ty's Mom. Leaving tomorrow night!!! And the hair stylists here are soooo great! I had to buy something, too! Can't wait to meet you!
Well, ladies. Today is the day for us. Pawpaw and I are leaving in 4 hours. We will stay tonight in either Joplin or Springfield - just depends on how heavy the foot is and how long we want to drive. Everyone: have a safe trip. The "ride" on N4Ms for this proud grandmother has been fun. Love to you all, Lynda
