LMC...I'm so sorry to hear. When does he have the opportunity to do BS again? Does he wait another month?
Comment by JudyB. on June 4, 2010 at 7:25pm
Hi Kim - T explained it to me like this: NCO Gold is really for the CO & RCPO it is the results of ALL combined test scores for that division...so if a div net scores are the highest throughout the ships divisions the div is rewarded for working as a Team(were talking 68 individuals) this is a monumental task!! So not only are the divisions rewarded being recorded in The Hall of Fame...it really looks Good for the Commanding Officers!!

Judy- I know my son mentioned that they were NCO gold but I didn't quite understand the whole thing because he was talking so fast and telling me everything about BS. I am so excited that BS is over... now I think I can relax a little and do homework and start packing.... It will be great to meet you.

Hello ladies. I'm sharing a picture of todays graduation. My son, Wayne is on the right. Does anyone know who the recruit is on the left? My son is ship 06 div 930, he will be graduating next week with you all. One more week. Congrats to the new sailors, can't wait for my phone call.

Ian'swife- My son did say that they are going to get 4 hours tomorrow and that is when they get to use the computers.... If he did not have time to call today he might call tomorrow... Keep thinking positive thoughts and so will I......

What will all these sailors do next week if they have already passed BS?

Thank you everyone I will try and be patient. I had a big cry...I'm such a baby.
Comment by Tess (Ship 11, Div. 210) on June 4, 2010 at 5:33pm
It's easy for me to be happy and relieved but I have not forgotten those of you who are still anxious. I'm praying for you. I think the Navy is lucky to have every single one of your sons and daughters (husbands, wives) whether or not they pass the first time. We are family and appreciate every single member. We've all come such a long way no matter the outcome of BS. Congratulations on just getting this far!
