COngrats to those of you have had phone calls.
Ian's wife- Sea is right they haven't enough phones for all to use Ian might be waiting to call til he knows that you have time to talk to him. ii.e. Home from work or the kids around. remember the time differences too. Those Ian's (that's my sons name) they can be pokey at times. Check his facebook or email see if he was on that. At Recruit Heaven they sometimes get puter access. Big hug to ya.

Trashline: Congrats on that grand-daughter! My heart just overflows when I think of all my "kiddos". We even have one here in the town where we live that we call our "adopted" grand-daughter and she calls us G-Lynda and Butthead (Pawpaw). She's even friends with the real grandkids. I lost my mom 9 years ago this coming July and my dad I lost in 1981 and he was a very proud Navy Veteran. I have found myself wishing mama and daddy could be there on the 11th and I guarantee my dad would tear up watching Colby.
DeannaD: Colby (I use to call him Colby Jack until he was abt 6 and he looked at me right in my eyes and said his name was NOT Colby Jack, it was Colby Lynn. Then when his mom was expecting his brother, Kyle, I kept telling Colby was having a little sister named Mozeralla. As you can tell I LOVE to tease my grandkids.) will be going to "A" school in Wichita Falls, TX which is only about 2 hours from where we live. I feel so blessed to be that fortunate to have him that close for the next year. Also, sorry about that rabbit chasing trip about my teasing.

Ianswife - I know when I talked to my son I asked if there were enough phones for everyone and he said "no" that they had to stagger them. He also mentioned that he had to use the calling card or call home collect, so not sure could be a factor with your husband.

My son said that he was so tired he has been up since 5:45 yesterday morning and that he has night watch tonight from 11:45 Pm to 1:45AM...he just wishes he could sleep all night... I told him to hang in there, it is almost over.

Congrats to all of those that have recieved their calls.

I know Big Thump on the Heart. Huh! I felt the same way when Moms would post "Great News" past down the pipeline and I would not hear a word...no letters, phone calls. Always" Very Happy" for them but, I want to be apart of that too!! Well...I have to tell you it will be Sooo Sweet when it's your turn...Keep the faith!!

I know I feel left out and I am so proud of all the sailors. I miss him so much, when the phone rings I will probably jump 20 feet in the air. Thank you for the reply... It made me feel a little better

It's the Universe Ian'swife - when we want to know something Sooobad seems we are the last to hear or like I did...I was so still today trying to hear my intuition then the phone rang...it was T with the call!! Thank You, Jesus...
Comment by Ian'sWife on June 4, 2010 at 4:50pm
ok I never talk on this thing, but I am freaking out... I haven't gotten a call yet and my husband is in div 210. I saw that someone said a few guys didn't pass. I really don't think that would be him, but I am so anxious. Are the calls going in alphabetical order? if so he would be last, lol. If anyone knows anything please let me know, I am a worried wife.

Ty'sMom - T said it means that they their division scored the highest throughout (a lot of brainy individuals in one division) their test scores. It makes their Officers look good.
