Keldford~ I am so happy for you and I can not even imagine how you must feel right now. Now just think how your husband must feel?!?!? Lucky you for great seats. Tell him N4M is so proud of him and you for supporting him during this.

Hi Moms of PIR 6/11/10 - Feels good to be back on site after a week away, so much information and from what I've read were ALL feeling anxious about the coming days. I have been praying for every Recruit on our ship to be able to execute their commands as trained and to know that they ALL have great support in us and in themselves. For those of them that are sick, that they will start to feel better and are able to see themselves finish with their divisions...and then Us moms will receive the" I'm a Sailor" call.

Sophia, Kim - I to received a phone call on Friday...T was real sick I could hear it in his voice( deep) and no energy( I wish I could make him chicken noodle soup) and decongestant meds!! lol If only it was that easy!!

Kledford - What an honor...you must be beaming with Pride and Joy of the news that you're husband will be recognized at PIR for All his efforts at BC. Tell your husband that we Thank Him for his hard work and for serving this Great Nation of ours.

To the newbies - what a joy for you to have found your way here to these forums and that we are all here for you.

My son is also in Div 215 and we have not received any calls for almost 2 weeks. I got some mail last Thursday, but nothing since. Any idea when 215 is going to do Battlestations?

Sealifedifferently - So glad our recruits know each other!! I'm hoping since I didn't a phone call today my husband is still good to graduate on time. He's a hard worker, so I'm sure he pushed himself through being sick!

EileenS - Thanks for the info! I can't wait for that phone call!! It will make all this separation worth it.

Ladies~ My little bro is in Marine boot camp and they are doing their version of Battle station this week also. My point to telling you guys that is one of the moms got a list of people together so that the guys had 24 hours prayer coverage. I was thinking if any of you guys would like to do that, it would help the boys. How they did it was everyone take a selected hour each day and pray or meditate for the guys that entire hour. For instance, I have prayer hour today and Wensday from 9pm to 10pm. Please let me know if that's something you would be interested in.

Pam we are driving from Cleveland area. It really isn't a bad drive. and when you figure flight and car rental of shuttle from airport to hotel it can get costly. I heard like $50 one way.but who knows.

Prayers for all for battlestations. I know all will do well.

Sophia- my son was ill one day last week on LLD (light limited duty) so he said in his letter. Hopefully your guy is feeling better and things stay as planned.
