I'm not sure, it's hard for me to keep track of all the names. I hope that they start passing more inspections so we can get phone calls! I think my husband is having a hard time with some of the recruit leaders (I'm not sure the term) - I think since he is older and is trying to stay really focused on doing this. I can't wait for them to be done!

Tristans Mom - He is Ship 11 Div 209 just like your son :)

Anniebug57 - I'm in MD too! Baltimore area. I bet our recruits were in the same hotel and left on the same day!

Patti: My son is in Ship 11/Division 211 and I didn't get a phone call but my daughter and a few friends of Tim's did receive letters this week. Hoping mine is home in Maryland - I'm in NY on business. Tim sounds as though he is doing really well but very very busy. Hope this makes you feel a little better....

Nukewife - check out cafepress. We got a little "Navy Baby" onsie - adorable!!

I got a letter yesterday. He said that some of the guys are losing motivation and their division had been failing inspections. He was pretty excited to begin the firearms portion. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a phone call this Sunday.

WendyG~ Atleast they will have other kids to play with at the meet and greet. And if they wanna swim after or while we wait for our Sailors to be ready for Liberty that would work too.

joshswife, we are staying at a different hotel... Comfort Suites... but we are going to the Meet and Greet. We can still arrange some play time that night I am sure! I can't say it enough how excited I am!

well he will have to finish this A school which will last 6 months then he may have the chance, but I have no idea! I have been with my husband for 5 years and married for 3 months! So our story sounds similar, we just don't have any children! your baby is precious and I bet your husband is dying to meet him!
Comment by Krystal(Trevor'swife) on May 20, 2010 at 2:23pm
kledford-I'm sorry to hear he couldn't get in :( I'm still new to all this so I don't know but is there any way for him to reclassify later on? I mean if he decided to stay in for awhile and still wanted to do Nuke. We have been married for 7 months but we started dating in high school kinda off and on. We have been living together for the past 4 years so it's like we've been married that long lol. Our little boy is 18 days old! Still hasn't met his daddy...he didn't want to come out before he left lol
