I've "heard" folks talking about these pictures, however; I have not seen them.  Does anyone have any they are willing to share or know of an order form to get them??

Dear Nukewife,
Best wishes on the upcoming birth of your baby. Is this your first? I babysit for my grandson - his first birthday will be tomorrow. He is such a good baby! My daughter is expecting again and her due date is June 7th - 4 days from PIR. We don't think she'll make it past the end of May, but this could get exciting.

Barbara- My husband is in Ship 11 Div 215 as well. His name is Trevor

Jan- I guess that would make sense that they know each other by last names. That's great that you got to hear from him! I wish my husband needed more info so he could call lol

Sophia- Congrats on your baby! I was actually due yesterday but our little guy decided not to make his appearance just yet. I wish my husband could be here:( That's probably the hardest part about him being at bootcamp.

Hi everyone! My husband is in ship 11 div 209. I got a phone call from him on Sunday!

Is everyone buying refundable plane tickets? They are so expensive! At the time of graduation I'll be 35 weeks pregnant, so I'm hoping my doc will let me fly, I'm asking her Friday! So I'm holding off on booking anything. He told me that he will leave for A School either the day of graduation or the day after, so I'm hoping I can make the trip to see him before the baby is born one last time.

Joshswife, so glad to finally see someone on here in my sons ship and div. Did your husband leave for bc on the 19th, all I keep thinking is I hope Kyle makes friends with alot of guys in his ship. Also , my husband and I made all the travel plans and we are staying at the Ramada, tried to get the Residence Inn but our package didn't include that hotel. I hope to maybe meet you at the meet and greet. I am pretty sure that I read on someones comment that you don't have to be booked at the Ramada to go to the meet and greet. Maybe somebody out there could help us with that info. I can't tell you how much I love this website, it shines a light on our unkowns. I still have not received any letters or a call but I guess no news is good news (but I am still dying for that letter). Hope your husband is doing great and all the others in their division, so the PIR date doesn't change, I don't think I could stand to wait much longer since I really miss my son.

Dear Nukewife,
My son's name is David, although I think everyone goes by their last names. Kind of like when he played football-I only knew most of his teammates by their last names! He called home this afternoon - needed some additional information for some forms he was filling out. He sounded really, really good. He said he still has not gotten any mail yet. He said he was eating well - almost too well- said he might have to cut back. I was so glad I didn't miss his call - couldn't talk very much but it was a blessing to hear him sound so good!

Navybrat, my husband is in the same group as your son. It's so nice to know someone else understands what you're going through. I got the box and form letter from my husband earlier this week and have sent 10 letters since getting an address. I am looking forward to getting a letter, I'm hoping it's tomorrow.

Getting Josh's form letter made my week. It was a way of letting me know things are moving forward and we'll be together again soon. Our kids miss him so much! The other day my son asked what time dad was going to be home from dinner, it was just the norm for him. Does anyone know what goes on at the Meet and Greet at the Ramoda? I booked at the Navy Lodge, but I'm wondering if I should pay just a few dollars more for the extra's.
