Good Morning, Ladies. What wonderful news you all have. Cindy, I'll have to ask Lucas about that hypnotist. It sounds like a riot! I have some good news of my own, Lucas passed his comps on Monday and will be graduating with distinction on Friday. Yay!!!! I'm so proud of him!!!! His girlfriend is actually flying down to Charleston just to drive home with him on Friday. She won't even make it there in time to see him graduate. He's picking her up at the airport on his way home. Oh young love! My husband and I are taking off of work on Tuesday and we are going to spend the day with him and on Sunday we are having a dinner for him at a neighborhood restaurant for his close friends and our families. I know he's only been gone for 6 months but I just felt like I wanted to have a little celebration for him. He's come such a long way.
Joanne, I hope you enjoy having your whole family together this weekend.
Laura, I'm so glad you got to spend a lot of time with Matt. I'm sure Lucas' girlfriend will be spending more time with him than I will.
Cindy, I think Lucas might be coming home for Christmas as well. He said his power school starts on Nov. 17th so I'm not expecting him for Thanksgiving. I'll be happy with what I get.
Thanks for letting me brag, ladies!

Hey Ladies. Glad to see that everyone is doing well.

Cindy, that is so funny about Jared and the dryer sheets! I was talking to Lucas the other night and all of a sudden he said he had to go because he had close in the laundry that he had to go get. I wanted to say "Who are you and what did you do with my son?" LOL. He sure has changed a lot for the better.

Cindy, I guess Sean and Lucas are graduating at the same time. He's driving home right after graduation. We aren't going either but are definitely planning on going for Power School graduation. Can't wait to hug him.

Joanne, have a great weekend in Virginia. Skyline Drive is beautiful. Hope you have nice weather.

Kim, glad that Derek is doing well out there on his new ship.

Have a wonderful day and weekend all!

Hi everyone. Haven't been on in a while. Been busy at work and was out a few days because I had a bad reaction to a flu vaccine. Yuck! Glad to see everyone is doing well.

Anne, what a great banner and picture of your sailor. Can't wait to check out your pics.

Joanne, I'm so happy for you that you finally have a way to get out of that lousy job. If it's changing your personality, it's high time you're out of there. Glad to hear that Jason is doing well and that he is almost ready to go to Kings Bay, GA.

Cindy, that was a great idea to send a comforter to Jared. I would have never thought of that. Lucas was surprised with the Subway card so I think I'm going to try the wing place next. He did tell me that he mostly eats in the Galley (?) because it's cheaper.

Lucas is scheduled to graduate A school on October 9th and then he's driving home. He has to report back on October 20th. I'm so excited and can't wait to wrap my arms around him. We're not going to the graduation since he said it only takes about 20 minutes but I'm really bummed that I won't have any pictures of him graduating. He said to plan on going to the power school graduation because that's the bigger one.

Have a great afternoon everyone!

Joanne, please let us know how Kevin is doing when you can. All love and HUGS to you.
Cindy, the wing place that they usually go to is Wild Wing Cafe in North Charleston.

Good Morning! Glad you all had wonderful visits with your sailors, Joanne and Laura. Can't wait for my turn in October. I miss Lucas so much! Cindy, they seem to go to this wing place every week. I'll ask the name again. I think it's Wild Wings but I'm not sure. It would be a good gift card to get. Have a wonderful day ladies!

Good Morning Ladies! Haven't been on for a while but have been thinking of all of you. I'm glad to see everyone is doing well. Joanne and Laura I'm so happy for you getting to see your sailors this weekend. Yey!!! Kim, I'm glad you had a great weekend with your sons. You must have been so happy to be with them both!! Cindy, that's a great idea about sending a Subway gift card. I'm going to do that this weekend. Lucas hasn't mentioned anything about paying for food but that doesn't mean he's not doing it. I don't always get all the information. As far as I know, my sailor will be graduating on October 9th and then driving home for a visit. So far he has to report back on October 20th. When I asked him if all this was certain he said "as certain as it can be in the military". Well, that's not certain enough for me. LOL!!! I can't wait to see him. I miss him so much. Have a wonderful day!!!!

Hey Ladies! Joanne, I'm sure the ring is beautiful. You have to post a pic of it on your page. Kim, have a great time with your boys this weekend! Cindy, you're right. I've been on other sites too but there's no place like "home". A "ladies retreat" sounds wonderful!!! I was able to spend a glorious weekend last weekend at the beach and it was so relaxing. Hoping to be able to do it again for Labor Day. Have a Great day all you wonderful ladies!

Kim, I have a timeshare near Harrisonburg which I think is not to far from Woodstock. It's called Massanutten Resort. They have there own waterpark that is open to the public. If I think of anything else, I'll let you know.
