Let's help those who are coming to PIR by themselves find each other so that no one is traveling alone from the airport to Great Lakes.

Oh Oh wait - thought of more stuff Elizabeth

9. We are lighting candles tonight for the next divisions doing BS-21 tonight.
10. We are trying to figure out what to wear, some are going black & white, some red/white/blue - and others have been shopping like crazy, but not sure if they found anything.
11. We are old - so we have been discussing the weather outlook in Chicago. Humid and hot, with possible rain. The Hall might be very cold, bring a sweater.
12. We have a volunteer who is making Name Tags for us. I made my own since I won't be at the Meet & Greet. We are using N4M user name and real name on tags.

Oh yeah..... Lizzie T is thinking about going for Baby #2.
One N4M person was proposed to on the phone, but her sailor ran out of minutes on his phone card before she could answer "yes"!

I know there's more - help me out ladies!

Sobe, You crack me up! Your comment just about wrap up all of the high points of what's been going on here for the last few days. I am officially a site stalker, too. I have eaten a bunch of chocolate today because I'm so nervous. I'm never going to fit into the clothes I already packed for this weekend. Ugh. Why doesn't the dang phone ring?

Janis, thats hilarious! I have my 16 yr old sister watching my kids during the day Thursday and Friday. I'm contemplateing on whether to clean clean too. LOL Its looking more like no. It'll be a horrible mess when I get back anyways :) Lizzie and Jaime's mom know what I'm saying. Kids can find things to get in that you would never think they would get into and make a mess with. Just think Lizzy if you had two toddlers. LOL My house is never really really clean.

Hi Elizabeth! Let me bring you up to speed.

1. Moms of those who had BS-21 are waiting for their calls any minute - they are carrying their cells phone in their bras.
2. Most of us with sailors in Div 201 & 202 have received lots of calls this weekend, which has sadden those who haven't received calls, but they are happy for us - and we are sad for them.
3. Denise is going to buy me a pair of Navy undies. Long story, but funny!
4. We are starting to post pictures of ourselves so people can spot us at PIR
5. Some of us are packed and oh so ready to go, others are oh so ready to go but will be packing last minute (that's me!)
6. Most have determined that they have become N4M stalkers (we jump on this site to follow peoples comments). There is a 12 step program being developed as we speak.
7. Some of us are scrubbing our homes before we leave, others are hoping those ladies who like to clean will come to our homes and do it for us.
8. We are soooooo proud of our recruits/sailors and can't wait to hug them.

Okay - that's all I got for now. Anyone want to add to the list!

I have been away for the whole weekend. I had my brother visiting from Atlanta from Friday until late last night. There are too many new posts for me to read. I did get to talk to my sailor three times since he finished Battlestations. Finally sound smor elike himself. I can't wait to meet so many of you at the meet and greet. What do I need to know????

We are suppose to clean our house before we leave? Rats! Cool thing is, I live too far for anyone to know if I did or didn't! Kinda like knowing my hair color - does she or doesn't she??? I have no idea what my real hair color is - it's been years since I've seen it!

Oh - my three year old has probably already tore my clean house up! She's at home with Daddy today. It amazes me that one little person can destroy just about every room in my house! I did the whole nine yards in my kitchen. All the cabinets, countertops and even the fridge got wiped down. And that was after cleaning two bathrooms from top to bottom!! Had to do something with all that nervous energy! And now that I'm at work, I have more "free" time! LOL. I know Brooke can't wait to see "her" Jamie (as she calls him!).

I received some letters today from the hubby! He sounds so excited and proud of himself! I love it!!! He said today they have Test 3 is today, tomorow is their last drill inspection and battlestations :) Lets do this Ship 07 DIv 206!!!! He also mentioned the website and how happy it is that I have people I can talk to and relate too! Even though we are so close the letters still just brightened my day :)

Jamies Mom: Do you think you can stop by my house real quick and clean it for me LOL Jk. Mine was cleaned before the weeekend now I need to clean it again but like Lizzy I'm avoiding it. haha It'll get done, hopefully. ;)
