I first thought my computer was messing up yesterday when all of the Navy comments started popping up when I checked my email.  I agree with all of you this was a neat idea to touch base with everyone a year later.  I was a late joiner last year but I read all of your comments for days before I joined.  I would personally like to tell all of you how much the sharing of information last year helped.  Each one of you were a blessing to me in ways others cannot understand.  My son is stationed in Little Creek-Norfolk, VA.  I have not seen him since he finished his school in early November.  The holidays were hard for my family also.  I think my son is happy, he seems to have a group of friends that all run around together when they are off.  I can't wait to see him and I wish he was closer but telephone calls are great.  It is amazing to hear where some of your children and husbands are.  What an great experience for them but I know it must be difficult when they are deployed.  God bless all of you and your sailors!!!

No, She asked for some time, but can't get it, they will be going out to soon. And they are out training at this time. I don,t understand it all myself. But that will make it more special when we do get to she her!

It will be hard not having them home again for the holidays. We just found out yesterday. And she is a quiet one also, but seems to be doing pretty good with the friends she has made. Best of luck to all of them... and us!!

My son is still in school in San Diego.  It is great to see him so happy.
