OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Karen:  It is possible that 221 will go with 219 and 220 on Thurs night, Jun 30/Fri morning, Jul 1st (BattleStations).  They will defnitely go with their brother division, 222.  Otherwise, they will go the following week (PIR week).

Okay on RTC facebook someone posted they are lighting their blue candle for their SR's BS21 and someone asked what that meant and she said it was  for good luck. The Blue Candle Event says to light one anytime anywhere when you are missing your sailor. Well he's not a sailor as of yet, not sure when BS21 is, I am missing him awful and I want him/them to have good luck...........so I lit our candle and said our prayer and well wishes.

Let's pray..

Lord God in You alone we could trust, and we are asking for all our sailor recruits to have the strength and endurance to finish the training. Jesus we pray that Your healing hands touch every single recruits that needs You, we may not know how they are right at this moment but You are all knowing, all powerful Abba Father. We cast all our cares in You oh Lord and thank you for the peace of mind to all of us. In Jesus name we pray.. Amen!

PS- please pray for hubby's healing.  He said in his letter from Thursday that he is sore every day when he wakes up and he really has to push himself to get up and going each day.
