Sorry for the typos but my computer is acting strange, the letters in the comment box are so tiny and squeezed together I can't see what I'm typing!

Cara, BRAVO ZULU to Brandi. It sounds like she "super sailor." I know you are so proud of her and so are we!!

joan1220, I know how you feel about transportation. My & I both believed he would get to come home for T-giving, now they're saying 'no' or 'maybe." It's very frustrating because I got the ticket due to them all selling out quickly, now I don't know anything and neither does he yet. "Hurry u and Wait." GRRR

Hi Bradlee's mom at least we're still here. Have you heard from your guy and how he's doing?

Hi Bradlee's mom, it seems like when I think no one is going to post, I come back a while later and there are losts of posts, and I think "where was I?" LOL It does feel strange to check back and see that I was the last one to leave a comment....I remember just before PIR you had to read a page or 2 just to catch up...good times, oh and strssful times!

I really have nothing new to post, just hanging in while B goes through pre-buds.

57 days since PIR. Amazing. Bravo Zulu to those heading for duty stations! B is still hanging in there in pre-buds. It's a long, long road but he's still there.

I hope everyone is having a good weekend. Anyone get to spend Turkey Day with their SA? Hmm, what are they after they finish Appretice school?

The DVD came but it's at my daughter's house still. I received a few pictures of sailor boy and some friends having "fun." He is 22, so I guess he's entitled to a few beers now and then..

I'm going to have to ask my daughter if she got the dvd. It should have gone there. I know B ordered one.

I hope everyone is having a good weekend.:o)

Ellen, I didn't see your update. It will so great if E gets to come for this friend's wedding. Seeing two is dress whites! Oh Ya!

Hi Anita, this group seems to be a the smaller one from PIR so I'll say "welcome back" here. I like the Red Cross idea, hmm have to file that one away for the future! LOL

Happy Monday everyone. I hope you are hearing from your sailors. I'm having a hard time not getting calls, letters or texts when I know he can send any of those. I'm very thankful to have all of you to share with. That Latte is looking really good about now!

Tonya, I think they like to torture us!!!! I've gotten quite a few "I'll call you back" promises, and NO CALL BACK.
