I think she is probably doing one of those kind of things too, and it is actually fine.  She's not a writer and I didn't expect more than a couple - she's already exceeded my expectations :-)   Plus, her last letter sounded really good - positive, looking towards the future, no problems indicated.  Although I will not pass up an opportunity to tease you about it, it's really okay! LOL

Cathy-dont be jealous.  But I understand, I too would be like.. "what is she doing with her time."  She is probably catching up on sleep and studying. I think for my daughtet is just helps her get through each day.  Remember these are combined with letters to her dad, me, her brothers and the whole family.  She is funny, she will write one to me, then her dad and then to the whole family.  Who would have thougth that she had that much to say. LOL

One of the girls looks so much like her and her aunt is absolutely convinced that is her :-)  If only someone associated with one of those folks in the front were here!  Then we would know for sure if that's our 270!

I have to admit, I am so jealous you have all those letters, I can't hardly see straight.  17???  Seriously, what is my daughter doing with all her time!  ;-)

We have gotten about 17 letters (combined mine, dad, brothers, and whole family letters) so far.  I can tell from her letters that she writes when she gets a letter (which is about everyday), on Sundays and right before she goes to bed.  Our family is big on communication, so I know that this is like therapy for her.  LOL  She says it makes her feel like we are there listening to her.  It feels the same for us.  One of the letters was written like a journal.  She wrote a little everyday to tell us about what she did that day.   I really liked that letter.

Can not wait till I get another phone call.... although it was soo emotional on the last call, I just don't want the homesickness to win.  Nahh she is to tuff and determined.

Cathy-I relooked at the picture after crazyspaked said she saw her daughter.  It is so hard to see, but two girls in the picture could possibly be my daughter.  Just can not say for sure.

I've been following it but so far the pics have been so far away to get everyone in the shot that I have not been able to see our son. But I keep my fingers crossed. They post new images up each day so I'm watching out.

The RTC Facebook folks posted random photos today, anyone think they see their SR in this one?
