Son & DIL drove most of the night to get here.  Only have them for 2 days so may not be online much.  He said the Blue Angels were on base for the Air Show this weekend.  There were other neat planes that had come in too, a couple of the mustangs, like the one that crashed in Reno last week.  He said it was really cool seeing all the different planes.

Casey called, he's in Bahrain.  Having a really good time.  Likes his crewmates, not necessarily his job, but loves the ports.  Thanking my lucky stars, proud of how he's grown this past year.

Still over 100 this week, high 105 BUT we are cooling down for the weekend, might only get to be 99.  :-)  I really like this time of year, nights are cooling down, nice to sit out at the footall games and enjoy the breeze.  Pool temp was down from 92 to 86 this week.  brrrrr........  Friend of mine showed up to work in long sleeves, said she was cold in the am when it was only 75.  Gotta love those born out here, they start pulling out winter clothes when the temps hit the 70's.

JoAnn - i know you hate the weather but it is getting  better isn't it?  Here in Tempe its nice.
