Does anyone know sarge's rates from o'hare to the ceremony? Please :)

We booked our rental car for the 5-18-12 PIR through Hotwire.com - got a great rate (like$15/day for a Ford Focus) through Enterprise.  Having flown into Milwaukee airport, the car rental offices are right there in the airport garages - pick up and drop off was quick and painless.

Can you tell me how to bid on Hotwire as I'm not seeing that option at all?!? And it's showing the lowest rate as $18.95 a day but for four days the total is close to $140 which doesn't really add up :) any help you can give would be greatly appreciated!

Can I ask a REALLY dumb question?  Who is Sarge?  I originally heard this name and thought the Sarge's meeting was they Ship or Divisions Sgt the came to a meeting the night before PIR. And I thought the shuttles were sent to neighbor motels from the Navy Station and this is what they called it.  The more I read, I think Sarge is a person with a business to cater to PIR families.  But in all my reading of stuff I have not run accross the exact explanation.  Even though we plan to rent a car, we will probably skip the hassle to park (as I read of) and take a shuttle.  Also planning to make the Meet and Greet, but would just like to know what exactly it all is.

Thanks to anyone who can answer!

After hearing we were attending the PIR, Milwaukee Airport Enterprise car rental really gave us a deal by offering us an upgrade when we flew in Wednesday.  I had telephoned the office beforehand asking for a special Navy rate and was told there was not such a thing so I made a reservation for an intermediate sized car. They also have a long standing program of 9.99 rate for weekend rentals Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Just an FYI old Sarg and his crew are the best!! They kept in contact with us the whole time and made sure we had transportation and anything else we might of needed!! He and his guys were God sends!! If you want shuttles and taxis call him!!! 80$ from midway (wayyyy cheaper than anything else, and 60$ from Ohare! ) much better than car rental. They know all the sights etc. he was great!!!

I noticed this wasn't listed: has anyone taken the Chicago transit?
