Blondie - I got so frustrated by the news that I just called both the Sen. from MA & told them to stop this foolishness, to full fund the military. And they should be ashamed of themselves because they are disgraceful to accept a paycheck when not doing their job (i.e. coming up with a budget) and yet deny one to the military who ARE doing their job. Told them too, if they can't do the job, be prepared to be replaced by some women who know how to live on and with a budget. Their aides were like Ah...ah... OK, your message has been recorded and will be passed on. Made me feel so much better. Just talked to a Navy Mom - she wants to go and foreclose on the White House. Make them move out! Made me smile. But, this is so very serious and really does need our prayers.
Angela ~ glad you are back. I am sorry about your sad news. Let me know how I can help.
(And from the same song): "I can see a light in the tunnel for the heart that holds on. A glorious light beyond all compare. I can see an end to this suffering... (I will find the rest of the words, must be in the CD case in my car.)
Thank you all for your prayers! I am so blessed! My son Allen posted new pictures of my youngest granddaughter on his facebook page. She is his only biological daughter, Maddox. Maddox is almost 7 mths old already. She is so beautiful and getting so big. Praise God for the pictures. I know it will lift Allen's spirits to have them and they are lifting mine too.
Sheila--so glad to hear that you are going to be able to work from home now. God grant you the strength to take care of your mother and work. Praise God that your daughter is coming in from Tampa to stay with you too. Praying for safe travels.
Blondie--I can hear you singing all the way here in Michigan! LOL! Sounds beautiful to my ears and I know God is feeling the same.
Carol--thank you so much for praying for me and my family. I pray for you too.
Oh Lord oh Lord how majestic is Your name in all the earth!
