I have been debating posting anything, but my son was being stupid last weekend and got stopped while driving home from a bar.  He received a warning for incorrect use of lane from the cop and he did not get a DUI.

He has admitted to his mistake and is willing to do anything to be able to remain in the nuke program.  He will be going to Captain's mast next week and please pray along with me that he is able to stay in the Navy nuke program.

Lord we lift up the recruits in Ship 12 Div 95, esp. my son, as they near the end of their Boot Camp Training.  Lord keep them well, give them good health, good mental focus on the tasks at hand. We pray that the team, & each individual  will pass their Battlestations successfully!!! Lord help all the parents with their travel plans as we all come to gather around these Sailors and Bless Them !!!  Oh how awesome it will be to see some of what they have been working on all these weeks!  May Your Favor be upon each one of them!  We pray Psalm 91 over each of them, Hide them In Your shelter, cover them with Your LOVE! .  Lord watch over all the Sailors defending and standing for our country!  There is so much turmoil going on amongst Nations today: we pray  Your Will  Be done.  Watch over us all, lead, guide and protect, In Jesus Name I pray

Our sailor has his Dophin's board on Friday.  Praying for clarity of mind and endurance through the testing.

It's extremely difficult to watch your children hurt, the devil knows how to get to us. You feel so helpless, like you should be able to fix it, afterall, you're mom! God knows your needs and the needs of your children, He won't fail you. I'm praying for their protection as well, may God calm hearts and nerves of all involved and protect them as well. It's so hard to trust when it comes to our children, I'm sending you a hug with all my prayers. I know your heart hurts, I'm so sorry your family is going through this.

Thank you, BugsMom. It is so hard when your children are hurting. I am praying too for God's protection & strength to get us through this.

Blondie, that is so right. Cheryl, satan knows when we are hurting, he comes and tries to make it worse, but God gives us comfort and strength to stand and He pulls us through. My prayers are with you, your children and your grandchildren. There is no room for the devil, he will leave, I pray that he hits the road and doesn't look back! Nothing hurts more than when we feel our children are under attack, stand strong Mom, the Lord is with you.

Blondie, thank you. Yes, Andrea is going through a very difficult break up & I am very worried sick for her & Marissa. Allen & Jessica are getting divorced. I'm just so heartsick & can't understand how people are so quick to break their vows & trust to others. The devil is working overtime hurting & attacking my family.
Comment by BugsMom on February 23, 2011 at 7:00pm
Cheryl, God bless you Mom, break ups are so difficult, especially when children are involved. Praying for peaceful resolutions for them all and a calm heart for you.
Nurse Navy Mom....Amen!
KatK....will keep your mom and your family in my prayers, God bless. Praying for peace in your heart and comfort for your mom.
Adding my voice to all your prayers...God bless you all and keep our military safe all over the world.
I also pray for those of you who have not heard from your children for some time....God is with them, looking over them, praying you hear from them soon. I know how difficult this waiting can be. HUGS!

I haven't been on here to comment much lately, but I have been reading & praying for all and your requests. I am also in need of prayers for my daughter, Andrea & son, Allen. Both have been in relationships that are ending & I am very concerned for them both and their children. Praying for peaceful separations. My heart is breaking for them. I pray there won't be any violence in their splits. Thank you all for being here always when you & your prayers are needed. God bless you all.
