Father, be with my aunt today.  We know that her earthly days are numbered and understand she may be with us only a little while longer.  Lord, please bring her to heaven peacefully as you did for Mom and Daddy.  Please comfort the entire family Lord as we continue walking thru the valley of the shadow of death.  We don't understand why so many and all at once, just help us to trust You with all things.

Lord please go before our sailor sons & daughters.  And, You also promised to be our rear guard.  We claim those 2 promises for all our military as well as our own.  Bring them home to us safe and whole, we pray.    Amen

Dear Lord, thank you for giving me Your peace today.  Thank you for releasing me from all the things that have had my emotions spinning out of control.  I'm glad to be Your child because nothing is beyond Your control.  You even stopped the sun from moving for the Israelites in the Old Testament and You are the same today.  Your power is great, Lord.

God, You are good and everything You do is good.  Please be with our sailors as so many ships head into the Med.  Guard our sailors, soldiers, marines, airmen with the strength of Your right hand.      In Jesus' precious name, Amen

Dear Lord, thank you for the wonderful radio station I listen to in my car.  It helps me start my day at work praising you.  It helps me as I decompress coming home.  Bless JoY FM St. Louis and all their staff.

Amen

Dear God

Thank you for all the caring people who are attending our packing parties for the USS Kearsarge this week.  The outpouring of love for our deployed troops is heartwarming.  Please bless all our packages that they may arrive to our troops, provide them some support, and wait till they come home safely.

Amen
